We’re here to help you get your activities up and running, providing guidance from the initial idea to healthy implementation.

We’ll put you in touch with local people who can help you choose activities that suit your situation. We’ll help you find an instructor or session leader to make your programme run smoothly. And we’ll help with the cost of training volunteer leaders, so they can take over and keep costs to a minimum.

If you’re setting up a local project, a small revenue grant might help to cover equipment costs. And when your building needs upgrading for physical activities, we can provide grant support to pay for minor improvements - making sure your activities take place in a warm and safe environment.
