Freedom of Information
The Sports Council for Wales is committed to releasing information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. We have produced a Code of Practice on Public Access to Information which sets out the Sports Council for Wales approach to openness and includes our Model Publication Scheme which lists all information we publish.
